TV pack prices in Belgium
Belgian internet and television packs run from €40.99 to €122.99 a month in our survey. Because television is never sold alone, that figure includes an internet connection — and the television part of it is the gap between the pack and the same operator's internet-only subscription.

What a pack price contains
Every pack price covers an internet connection, a channel line-up and, in most cases, a set-top box. Some add a mobile line, some a landline, and the features column above says which.
That mix is why pack prices spread so widely. The distance between the cheapest and the dearest pack in our survey is not a distance in television quality — it is mostly a distance in internet speed and in how many extras have been folded in.
Isolating the cost of television
The method is subtraction. Take an operator's pack, find its internet-only subscription at the same speed, and take the difference. What remains is the price of the channels and the box.
Do it on the operator you are actually considering rather than on an average. Operators price the television increment very differently, and an average across the market hides exactly the variation you are trying to find.
What the set-top box is worth
Two operators in our survey sell the same internet speed with and without a box. In both cases the difference is 7 € a month — around 168 € over a two-year commitment.
Elsewhere the box comes with a wider line-up, so the gap mixes hardware and content. That is worth knowing before concluding that a box is expensive: frequently you are paying for channels rather than for the device.
Costs that sit outside the monthly price
Installation is the main one. Self-installation is normally free; a technician visit is charged up to 79 € unless a campaign waives it.
A second set-top box is the other. Households with televisions in two rooms usually pay a monthly supplement for the second box, and it is rarely mentioned in the advertised price.
Our verdict
One number is worth calculating before any comparison: the gap between a pack and the bare connection under it. On the operators in our survey that gap runs from roughly 8 to 15 € a month. That, not the pack price, is what your television actually costs, and it is the figure to weigh against a streaming subscription.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a TV pack cost in Belgium?
Packs in our survey run from €40.99 to €122.99 a month. That range covers very different bundles: the low end is 100 Mbit/s with a basic line-up, the high end is multi-gigabit fibre with the full channel offer, so the spread measures internet speed at least as much as television.
What does the television part cost on its own?
Between roughly 8 and 15 € a month, measured as the gap between a pack and the same operator's internet-only subscription at the same speed. It is the only honest way to price television in Belgium, since no operator sells it separately.
How much is a second set-top box?
Most operators charge a monthly supplement for it, and it is not included in the advertised pack price. If you have televisions in two rooms, add that supplement to every pack you compare — it applies to all of them and can shift the ranking.
Are installation costs included?
Self-installation is normally free and included. A technician visit is charged up to 79 € at most operators, though recruitment campaigns often waive it. Over a two-year commitment the fee is worth about 3 € a month, which is enough to separate two close offers.
